During your first visit, we’ll review your history, prior treatments, imaging, and how your pain is affecting your daily life.
A focused physical exam helps identify the true source of pain—not simply what appears on imaging.
From there, we’ll discuss your treatment options together and create a personalized plan built around your goals.
There is no pressure and no rush—just thoughtful care and a clear path forward.
Bring a list of your current medications
Bring prior imaging reports (MRI, CT, X-rays if available)
Bring records of prior procedures or treatments
Complete intake paperwork ahead of time if possible
Arrive a few minutes early for check-in
